Jason Gillespie front runner to become bowling coach of Australia

Former Australian paceman Jason Gillespie is almost certain to take up the full time bowling coach of Australian tem. The post was made available by Craig McDermott after he chose to step down from the post after ICC World Twenty20. Adrian Griffith the bowling coach of the Western Australia team and South African legend Alan Donald will be interim bowling coaches for Australia for their upcoming tour of West Indies and Sri Lanka respectively. Jason Gillespie has earned plenty of accolades in England for helping Yorkshire County winning the county championship twice. He was in line to become national coach for the English cricket team but lost out to fellow countryman Trevor Bayliss. Cricket Australia is keeping silence on this issue but sources are saying that talks between them and Gillespie are at very advanced stage.
